Since this film is still in Pre-Production I’ve decided to use this space to share various aspects of the Pre-Production process here.

The Set Location

at 35th and Lowe

After visiting several locations we finally decided on the decommissioned police station. Despite the sound concerns the positives of the location outweighed the negative.

We paid another visit to the station with the Production Designer, Matt Swiertz, and began to develop the look of the film. Carter and Matt discussed the design of some of the shot locations and Matt got a feel for the location since this was his first visit to the station. Meanwhile I began to envision what some of the shots may look like in the film, taking some video of areas in the building that will become the basis of storyboards for the film.
